Mr. Sinzohagera, in his speech, spoke of the behaviors that should characterize the people of Burundi to achieve sustainable development. Speaking about this polpution growth-related problem, which is a reality in Burundi and which must be curbed, he insisted on birth planning and responsible sexual behavior. He recommended the love of labor and the multiplication of the workforce so that the mouths to feed become fewer and all are fed. The President of the Senate also mentioned the culture of development planning, with precise objectives, as well as the attitude which consists of encouraging offspring to go in search for new horizons and for children to always do better than their foreparents at instead of limiting oneself to family land ownership which, once it becomes too small, becomes a source of family problems.

Regarding the vision of a Burundi emerging in 2040 and developed in 2060, he called on everyone to work diligently, by setting precise objectives.
