KAYANZA February 14th (ABP) – The governor of Kayanza province (northern Burundi), Colonel Rémy Cishahayo, continued Thursday, February 10, his visits to Kayanza commune, as part of collecting the grievances of the population. At the same time, the provincial governor castigated the attitude of certain residents who are acting in bad faith, who take advantage of the darkness to steal REGIDESO’s electric wires and to ask the communal administration of Kayanza to ensure that all those who commit such crimes are brought to justice.
