NGOZI June 12th (ABP) – The thanksgiving prayers organized by the CNDD-FDD Party at the Kugasaka stadium in Ngozi since Wednesday June 9 ended on Friday 11, 2021. On Thursday June 10, the various executives participating in that prayer received teachings from the wife of the late President Pierre Nkurunziza, Bishop Denise Bucumi Nkurunziza. Those teachings which took place in the premises of the Kugasaka stadium in Ngozi were inspired by the book of the first epistle to the Thessalonians chapter one verses 9 and 11.

Bishop Denise Bucumi Nkurunziza returned to the fight against laziness. According to that evangelist, it is specified in the bible that lazy people do not even have the right to eat. Burundians therefore have a duty to work hard to develop, to have food and to feed families.

She said that the late President Pierre Nkurunziza was very fond of the work. He got up very early, went to the office while the others were still asleep. And in the morning, he did the fieldwork. It is also that heritage that he bequeathed to the Burundians. For this to be done well, Burundians will have to know who we are working for, insisted Bishop Denise Bucumi Nkurunziza. And this is the Lord Jesus the Almighty God who gives us the strength, the courage and the means to work.

The young people also had the opportunity to follow lessons in the premises of the Oasis of Peace center in Ngozi. Those teachings, given by the national secretary in charge of development in the CNDD-FDD party, Honorable Lazare Mvuyekure, focused on the importance of having a vision and overcoming fear. Honorable Mvuyekure insisted on avoiding fear in any action but rather trusting in the Almighty for success.

He also asked the youth to put forward the word of God and to entrust their pain to the Almighty. He ended with the wish to see the youth play a visible role in the life of the country on all levels. The thanksgiving prayer organized in Ngozi in memory of the late President Pierre Nkurunziza ended on Friday June 11, 2021.
