CANKUZO, January 3rd (ABP) – The President of the Republic of Burundi, Evariste Ndayishimiye, calls on leaders to master their responsibilities. This appeal was made during the closing of the 2023 end-of-year crusade, at the Buhumuza stadium, in Cankuzo province, on Saturday December 30, 2023, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
During the closing day, Pastor Claver Ndayisenga indicated that the leader plays a crucial role in development. Indeed, he creates the vision to follow and takes the lead in its implementation.
In his teaching, President Ndayishimiye condemned the behavior of certain leaders who undermine the country’s economy through theft. He urged everyone to change their mentality, to overcome fear, but rather to work hard because, according to him, the reward comes after working with endurance.
President Ndayishimiye added that every blessing results from endurance in work. He then called on them to self-training to better master their responsibilities and to follow the experiences of others and the desire to apply them. According to the President of the Republic, with will, nothing is impossible.
As a thank you, the people of Cankuzo province gave five improved breed cows to the President of the Republic. The presidential couple, kneeling, holding the national flag, closed the prayer for Burundi, imploring God Almighty to grant it peace and development.
