BUJUMBURA June 30th (ABP) – The Prime Minister of the Republic of Burundi, Mr. Gervais Ndirakobuca, received in audience, on Thursday, June 29, 2023 in Bujumbura, the resident representative of the International Monetary Fund, Mr. Emanuel Delapierre.
In an interview that the latter gave to the press at the end of the audience, he indicated that they had a rich discussion on the economic and financial situation of Burundi and on the modalities of IMF support in Burundi.
He also indicated that so far Burundi and the IMF has worked in good agreement with the ultimate goal of improving the economic and financial situation of Burundi.
