Beneficiaries of stalls at Kivumu market are called on to build them before July

KAYANZA May 16th (ABP) – The construction of stands at the Kivumu market in Matongo commune of Kayanza province (northern Burundi) will end at the end of July and beneficiaries who do not respect that deadline will be withdrawn. from their stands to be distributed to those who are able.

That was indicated on Thursday by the municipal administrator of Matongo, Mrs. Alice Nsabiyumva at the end of the construction work of one of the columns of the hangars, where various goods will be displayed, a check on the site by Abp has revealed.

In his speech addressed to the population, the administrator Nsabiyumva, indicated that this market comes at the right time because it will allow the population and those who borrow the RN1, to easily obtain various goods. In addition, she continued, this same market will generate taxes which, for her, will facilitate the realization of various projects of public interest.

Mrs. Nsabiyumva took this opportunity to urge her leaders and those using the RN1 to take ownership of this market, because it is there for their interest in particular and for the commune in general.
