NGOZI October 30th (ABP) – The Vice President of the Republic Prosper Bazombanza insisted on a change in behavior in the Batwa community. It was during community development work on Saturday in Ruhororo commune. For the vice-president, the Batwa are created in the same way as the Hutu, Tutsi and Ganwa. They can self-develop in the same way as others. They need to work hard, educate their children and plan for their families. The vice-president took the opportunity to ask the population of Ngozi to get down to work in the fields, especially since the rain is falling well and the inputs are currently available. In the justice system, Prosper Bazombanza wanted some justice providers to get their act together. The new single judge system will be ruthless for poorly performing judges. Note that the community development work consisted of mixing concrete for the pavement of the Ruhororo Youth Center.
