BUJUMBURA August 30th (ABP) – The First Lady of the Republic of Burundi, Angeline Ndayishimiye, visited on Tuesday August 29, 2023, her fish ponds located in Rukaramu zone, Mutimbuzi commune of Bujumbura province, to realize the state of fish growth.
During that visit, it was noted that the species of fish bred in those ponds, namely Tilapia (ingege), Clarias (isomvyi), and Common Carp (inonzi) have undergone a positive evolution because there are to those which weigh between 3 kg and 4 kg.
The day of the harvest of those fish will be organized.
