MAKAMBA February 8th (ABP) – The governor of Makamba province, Mrs. Françoise Ngozirazana, has asked the people to go about work in the fields to increase production. She asked them to keep well the harvest received during cropping season A. That appeal was made on Saturday, February 4, 2023 when she joined the people of Kiderege village, Nyanza-Lac commune, in the development work which consisted in the transport of bricks where the commune is in the process of erecting a health center, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
Mrs. Ngozirazana indicated that from now on the transport of food from one commune to another would require written permission from the provincial administration, in order to be informed of the destination of the harvest. She reminded the people of Kiderege to grow food crops in addition to oil palm because no one can claim to have all their food at the market.
Apart from the people of Kiderege village, that Kiderege health center will benefit the surrounding people of Mukubano and Murinda.
