NGOZI April 18th (ABP) – Young graduates and non-graduates should avoid despising the crafts. This is an appeal to made to them by Privat Miburo, a bicycle taxi rider from Kinyami village in the town of Ngozi. According to that taxi rider, you just have to be dynamic and committed, the rest will come on your own. He admits that he even earns 8,000 BIF per day after taking his food supply and maintaining his bike.

Mr. Miburo has already built a decent home in his native village thanks to the income from the craft. He also engages in goat livestock. After having sold four goats for various household needs, Mr. Miburo is delighted that he now has 12 goats of good breed, including 6 growing ones. His two children are regularly enrolled in school and are progressing without financial problems.

He intends to mortgage his property to apply for a loan from COOPEC Ngozi so that his wife can open a shop in the town of Ngozi and also contribute to household expenses. Mr. Miburo urges other young people to break with idleness and embrace some profession. For him, there is no small job if it is well exercised. Mr. Miburo finds that the opportunities remain numerous. It is up to young people to seize them.
