CIBITOKE February 17th (ABP) – The Association Femme Intwari, made up of women ex-combatants of the CNDD-FDD movement or whose spouses fought for the same movement, proceeded this Sunday, February 13, 2022, to the official launch of the activities of its branch in Mugina commune.
Before starting the ceremonies relating to this activity, the members of the association Femme Intwari granted food aid to 40 vulnerable people in the Mugina commune. That aid consisted of 10 kilograms of maize flour, five kilograms of beans, three kilograms of porridge flour and two sachets of milk per beneficiary.
During the ceremonies, the association’s provincial godmother, along with the national deputy president and the provincial representative, introduced the members of the Mugina branch committee, before giving them a lot of advice that could be of use to them. to move forward in their activities.
The National deputy President, Mrs. Solange Nkurunziza, called on the members of the communal committee of Mugina, to have a clear vision, good listening and communication skills, as well as to serve as good examples to others for the love labor and development. She also challenged them to respect their motto, in particular peace, mutual aid and development.
As for the provincial godmother, Mrs. Alice Nitunga, it is only the work that ennobles the man, because someone can start with a chicken coop to get to the herd of cattle. She asked them to work in a cooperative, a safe path for development.
