The police have seized seven kilograms of Indian hemp

CIBITOKE November 22nd (ABP) – At least seven kilograms of Indian hemp were seized this Thursday, November 18 by the police in collaboration with the administration, during a search carried out at the 4th transverse of Nyamitanga, Buganda commune, in Cibitoke province. The operation took place at the home of a man named Abdoul Hakizimana. The seized narcotic was well camouflaged in a bag containing cassava. The head of the household and a certain Diomède Nsengiyumva were arrested for examination of the case by a judicial police officer. The local administration praised the courage of a bona fide citizen, who briefed the police and the administration. She appealed to the inhabitants of Nyamitanga hill and its surroundings, to invite them to denounce all kinds of illegal trafficking, and especially narcotics, which remains a reality in Buganda commune, on the border with DR Congo.
