RUTANA September 7th (ABP) – The Deputy Secretary General of the CNDD-FDD party, Mr. Cyriaque Nshimirimana, brought together on Wednesday September 6, 2023, the leaders of the said party at the level of the province, communes and zones of the province of Rutana , in the headquarters of the said province.
In his speech, Mr. Nshimirimana indicated that the representation of the party at the zonal level, which was not represented before this year, was put in place taking into consideration the new policy of delimitation of different constituencies in the country, specifying that it is with the objective that the representation of the party remains alongside its members, after having noted that the number of communes has also decreased.
