CIBITOKE June 29th (ABP) – Police seized on June 26, 2023, at Gabiro-Ruvyagira, Rugombo commune in Cibitoke province, at least ten loincloths of Congolese origin, not cleared through customs.
The owner of those fraudulent goods is a certain Jean Bosco Havyarimana, who was arrested the same day for investigations, according to administrative and police information sources. According to the former information source, Mr. Havyarimana, originally from Rugeregere village, in Rugombo commune, had just spent more than a year in DR Congo, looking for money through field work.
