At the end of the audience, the president of the Senate indicated that they exchanged on the various activities of the EALA. He revealed that the EALA MPs want the people of the member countries of the East African Community (EAC) to understand what the East African Community is and the importance to integrate in it.

The President of the Senate commended that wish and asked the President of EALA to make many working visits to Burundi, explaining that the people of Burundi need to know the laws governing that community and the advantages that Burundi derives from the EAC.
