BUJUMBURA November 28th (ABP) – The Head of State and current President of the East African community Mr. Evariste Ndayishimiye, went on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, to Louanda in the Republic of Angola.
In a press release issued by the head of the office in charge of information, communication and the spokesperson of the President of the Republic, it is indicated that President Ndayishimiye took part in a consultation meeting on the peace process initiated at the regional level to restore lasting peace and security in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Several Heads of State of the region as well as the facilitator mandated by the East African community are also invited to that meeting.
