20 uncleared Congolese loincloths have been seized

CIBITOKE November 14th (ABP) – At least 20 loincloths of Congolese origin not cleared by customs were seized on Thursday, November 10, by the police, in Nyamitanga, Buganda commune, in Cibitoke province, according to administrative and police sources.

The owner of these loincloths is a 47-year-old man from Gihanga commune, Bubanza province, and the vehicle used for transport was also seized. The communal administrator of Buganda, Pamphile Hakizimana challenges fraudsters to abandon this act of bad faith, to comply with the law. He indicated that soon this border will be open, to exchange goods, in the right way.
