BUJUMBURA September 14th (ABP) – The Burundi Head of State and current President of the East African Community, Mr. Evariste Ndayishimiye went to Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, to take part in the ceremonies of investiture of the new Kenyan President Mr. William Samoei Ruto, according to the press release from the Office in charge of Information, Communication and Spokesperson of the President of the Republic.
Note that the presidential election in Kenya won by William Samoei Ruto took place on August 9, 2022.
