BUBANZA May 16th (ABP) – The heads of provincial services of the Bubanza province (north-west of Burundi) are called to good collaboration with the provincial administration. That appeal was made to them by the governor of this province, Mr. Cléophas Nizigiyimana, in a meeting he held on Thursday, May 12, with the heads of departments, a check on the site by Abp has revealed.
On that occasion, some heads of departments mentioned the lack of means of travel as a major constraint to the proper fulfillment of their specifications. That is particularly the case of justice, the OBUHA, the provincial office of the associative and cooperative movement.
Governor Nizigiyimana asks the heads of provincial services to always plan their activities and present their plans to the provincial administration for monitoring, evaluation and intervention in the event of constraint. He invites them to favor dialogue with their subordinates in order to discuss any challenge and remedy and to serve as a good reference in the establishment of radiation fields, a check on the site by ABP has revealed. Note that the governor of the province Bubanza granted the day of Tuesday, to these heads of services, so that they report in real time any obstacle to the smooth running of their activities so that related solutions are fast.
