BUBANZA May 10th (ABP) – The Prime Minister of the Republic of Burundi, Mr. Alain Guillaume Bunyoni, joined the faithful of the Elayon Church of Village 3 in Gihanga commune (north-west of Burundi), in the Sunday prayer of May 8, 2022, a check on the site by ABP has revealed. In his sermon, Mr. Bunyoni invited the faithful participating in the worship of that day, to respect the Holy Scriptures. Based on the word of God found in “Ecclesiastes”, he emphasized that man should fear God and keep his commandments. He called the faithful of that church to good works while they are still alive because, he said, “God will bring every work into judgment, concerning all that is hidden, whether good or bad”. He asked them to prepare for a good end on this planet earth, while relying on the word of God, found in Ecclesiastes 12, saying: “remember your creator in the days of your youth, before that the bad days are coming and that the years are approaching where you will say: I do not take pleasure in it”, a check on the site by ABP has revealed. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Burundi also launched an appeal to the various religious denominations, to contribute to the well-being in their neighborhood and to work in compliance with the law.
