BURURI April 12th (ABP) – The people from Mugozi village have been worrying about the upsurge of theft in fields and household goods for about three weeks.

It is in that logic that the communal administrator of Bururi, Félix Niyongabo, held in the afternoon of Monday, April 11 at the headquarters of the Bururi commune a security meeting with the people of the urban center and its surroundings to discuss strategies to adopt in order to eradicate this scourge once and for all. Administrator Niyongabo does not understand how thieves break into households and steal unnoticed while the police and joint human security committees are operational. He asks the people to have household notebooks to register visitors, to light public roads and to communicate quickly on unusual situations and unknown people in their localities.
