CIBITOKE April 13th (ABP) – A newborn child buried alive, under a tree, in Munyika I locality, Rugombo zone and commune in Cibitoke province, was dug up on Monday April 11 but drew the last breath at the Agape Clinic in Rugombo, according to information confirmed by administrative and police sources. The identity of the criminal is not yet known, but the same sources reveal that investigations are underway to find out who committed the murder. The communal administration decided to bury the child, pending the outcome from the investigations.
