KAYANZA January 10th (ABP) – The Intwari women’s association of KAYANZA province (north), bringing together veterans or their wives who have been on the battlefield, received aid on Friday afternoon made rice and beans sent to him by the country’s First Lady, Angéline Ndayishimiye.
Those aids will be granted to widows and orphans of combatants who are no longer alive in all the communes of Kayanza province.
The chairperson of that association in Kayanza province, Mrs. Odette Nshimiye, thanked the First Lady of the country, the provincial maraine within the said association for their unwavering support which they never cease to show to the place of the association Femme Intwari including that charitable act done on Friday.
She also positively appreciated the contribution of representatives of the CNDD-FDD party and administrative officials at both provincial and communal level. The provincial president of the Intwari Woman association in Kayanza thus called on them to continue in that same direction.
Note that the aid distributed is made up of around 700 kg of beans and 700 kg of rice.
