BUJUMBURA December 23rd (ABP) – The Cabinet meeting was held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 under the chairmanship of the Head of State, Mr. Evariste Ndayishimiye, with 10 items on the agenda.
Those are the Draft Law on the Rail Transport Code, the Public Investment Program (2022-2025), the Draft Organic Law revising the Organic Law No1 / 04 of February 20, 2017 on the missions , organizations, composition, instruction, condition of service and functioning of the Burundi National Defense Force, Draft joint order fixing the salaries of permanent military teachers and fees for non-permanent soldiers and civilians at the Higher Institute of Military Staff (ISCAM) and the Draft joint ordinance on modalities for granting supervision costs to healthcare structures and health professionals taking care of trainees from the Military Paramedical School (EPMM).
It is also the Draft joint ordinance bearing fees for civilian teachers and members of the jury at the military school of trades (EMM), the Draft decree relating to the code of ethics of healthcare providers and health services, Draft Ministerial Order No 770 / CAB / 2017 of 03 October 2017 regulating the import, marketing and distribution of hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and finally the Note on the management of the issue execution of the contract for the sale of the land housing the former AFB stadium concluded between the government of Burundi and TOYOTA Burundi.
