The ceremonies were enhanced by the presence of the Prime Minister of the Government, Mr. Allain-Guillaume Bunyoni accompanied by the Minister in charge of infrastructures in his attributions.

In his speech for the occasion, the Prime Minister indicated that the RN3 rehabilitation project is part of the framework of facilitating trade to promote the development of the people.
