This approach emphasises to plough at the same time, sow the same variety, smoke, weed, disinfect and harvest at the same time. This has the advantage of reducing crop diseases, pests and thieves. The other factor is the effective supervision of farmers by agricultural instructors and the administration.

Lastly, the highly productive variety grown, as well as the climatic conditions, have been very favourable to maize growing, not forgetting the action of the cooperatives, which have cultivated vast tracts of maize.
