Top legislator Zhao thanked his fellow deputies for having defined all tasks going forward and for having performed their duty in high spirit.
“We must follow the people-centered development approach, practice the whole-process people’s democracy, respect people’s will, their experience and rights “, he pointed out, adding that they must also mobilize the whole society in engaging in entrepreneurship and innovation, and mobilize all resources and strengths to march ahead.
Top legislator Zhao also stressed that they must say truth from facts, go about work, overcome difficulties and deliver tangible benefits to the people by accomplishing one task after another.

Prior to the meeting, some NPC deputies provided answers to the questions of public concern that were posed to them by journalists. These include, among others, questions related to the education sector where deputy Wang Xu underlined that education is an industry of hope, hence parents and teachers should provide children with platforms to explore and maximize their talents.
