On behalf of the 14th National Congress of the CPPCC, Chairman Wang Huning immediately reviewed past achievements, where he noted that 2023 was the starting year to implement the instructions issued during the 20th National Congress.

In the cooperation sector, Liu said that over the past decade, more than 240 cooperation documents have been signed with more than 150 countries. He stressed that the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) constitutes a mutually beneficial bridge.
