KIRUNDO December 14th (ABP) – The Busoni commune in Kirundo province (northern Burundi) has a new administrator, his name is Ricard Ngabonziza.
The handover and resumption ceremonies between the outgoing acting administrator, Mr. Albert Manirambona and the new one, took place on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
On that occasion, the outgoing administrator indicated that the municipal debt is estimated at more than 26 million, while the updated banking situation is more than 18 million BIF. As for the new administrator Ngabonziza, he promised that he will be a good servant of the population and asked the population and its auxiliaries to support him through community development work.
The governor’s chief of staff urged the incoming administrator to work with reference to the vision of the Head of State. He also advised him to serve the population well, and to always be impartial.
