The governor paid a surprise visit to state services

NGOZI December 10th (ABP) – The governor of Ngozi province, Mr. Désiré Minani, improvised a surprise visit to different state services opening in the headquarters of Ngozi province. That involved assessing the state of the premises and assessing punctuality and attendance at the service. He visited six institutions, namely the Ngozi Court of Appeal, out of a staff of 16 advisors, only two were present at 7:45 a.m.

At the General Prosecutor’s Office at the Ngozi Court of Appeal, three magistrates out of a total of 18 magistrates were present. At the High Court and Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Ngozi, 75% of service providers were on duty at 8 a.m.

On the other hand, all of the service providers of the Civil Service Mutual were present at the service at 7:47 a.m., as were ONATEL and the National Post Office.

Governor Minani was not satisfied with the attendance rate and punctuality of service. He advised service managers and their staff to change their behavior to properly carry out their tasks. He warned repeat offenders that severe sanctions will be taken against them.

Governor Minani promised to continue raids even in schools.
