KAYANZA, November 24th (ABP) – The administration of Kabarore commune in Kayanza province (north), joined on Monday, November 20, 2023, with the rest of the world in the celebration of World Children’s Day. The day was celebrated under the theme: “Every child, their rights”, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
The day’s ceremonies were marked by songs and dances highlighting the rights of the child.
In his speech, the administrator of the Kabarore commune, Mr. Berchimans Nsaguye, asked the children to understand their rights and duties. He recommended them to study diligently and accompany their parents in household activities.
To parents, he invited them to closely monitor the upbringing of their children. He took the opportunity to thank the representatives of “Food for the Hungry” who are taking the lead in supporting the health, education and livestock sectors.
