CANKUZO September 12th (ABP) – Members of the “Bene Samuragwa” group granted more than 13 million BIF to the Cankuzo province, it was Saturday September 8, after community development works consisting of mixing concrete for the installation in place of columns in view of the extension of the premises of the Buhumuza stadium.

As indicated by the representative of that “Bene Samuragwa” group, Mr. Melance Nimbona, the group is already committed to supporting the President of the Republic, Evariste Ndayishimiye in development and to following the legacy of his predecessor the late Pierre Nkurunziza.

As support for development, the same group offered that province an envelope of more than 13 million BIF equal to 360 bags of cement. They also donated 100 rabbits to vulnerable families.

Mrs. Vestine Nahimana, head of the National Media Council (CNC) and member of this group congratulated the members for not having given way to the rumors circulating on social networks inviting her to continue on the same rails for development.

The governor of Cankuzo province, Mr. Boniface Banyiyezako, warmly thanked the group for that gesture, taking the opportunity to urge the beneficiaries of the rabbits to take good care of them given that they are very beneficial for agriculture, particularly with the use of urine as manure and for the fight against diseases that attack different crops.
