MAKAMBA August 5th (ABP) – Albinos Sans Frontières (ASF) Burundi handed over on Wednesday August 2, 2023, skin protection equipment (goggles, umbrellas, hats and ointment) to albinos from Kayogoro commune in Makamba province, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
The project manager at ASF Burundi, Mr. Ferdinand Ngendakumana, urged the beneficiaries to use the material well to protect their skin, while the parents will have to help their children wear the material and apply the ointment every morning and afternoon.
The representative of ASF Burundi in Makamba province, Mr. Gervais Hatangimana, asked that albinos be supported in development projects. Note that this material was received from the Ministry of Public Health and the Fight against AIDS.
