BUJUMBURA March 14th (ABP) – The CNL party organized on Sunday March 12, 2023 in Bujumbura, an ordinary congress as well as the celebration of the 4th anniversary of the approval of the CNL party, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
In his speech, the leader of the CNL party, Mr. Agathon Rwasa, called on Burundians in general and members of the CNL party in particular, to be united in order to find solutions together to the challenges they face.
He also expressed his appreciation for the speeches made by the Head of State condemning the bad behavior observed among some leaders, and also asked him to take and implement measures to punish those bad leaders. That ordinary congress had the objective of adopting the laws governing the CNL party to the new law governing the administrative division of Burundi. Thus, the general secretary of the CNL party further announced that all the amendments submitted were 100% approved.
Note that those activities were attended by certain authorities, in particular the leaders of the ruling party, CNDD-FDD, of FRODEBU, the chairperson of OLUCOME, but also the representative of the ACT Wazaledo party of Tanzania.
