The inhabitants of Bubanza are called on to devote themselves to community work

BUBANZA February 14th (ABP) – The first vice president of the Burundian Senate, Denise Ndadaye, joined, on Saturday February 11, the inhabitants of the Musigati commune of Bubanza province (North-West of Burundi), in the community development work that consisted of mixing concrete for the construction of 12 classrooms at Musigati I basic school, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.

In her speech, Mrs. Ndadaye said that community development work concerns everyone, without any exception because, she explained, everyone will benefit from it. She calls on the inhabitants of Bubanza province to combine efforts and complement their talents for provincial development.

The first vice president of the Upper House of Parliament invites them to brotherhood, solidarity, mutual respect, respect for hierarchy, family planning and organization into cooperatives with the aim of facilitating development. The other appeal was to redouble vigilance to tighten security, a major pillar of sustainable development.

As for the governor of Bubanza province, Cléophas Nizigiyimana, he asked his subordinates to pool land properties for bloc agriculture and according to localities in order to respond to the appeal of the President of the Republic aimed at increasing agricultural production. He also invites them to preserve the harvest properly and to respect the prices set by the State.

The activities of the day were also attended by the Minister in charge of Communication, a native of that province, parliamentarians elected in the constituency of Bubanza and executives native to the Musigati commune.
