BUJUMBURA September 27th (ABP) – Prime Minister Gervais Ndirakobuca received on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 in his office, the President of the East African Community Court of Justice Mr. Nestor Kayobera.
At the end of the hearing, the President of the EAC Court of Justice indicated that as the Prime Minister is new in his functions, he had come for a courtesy visit. For Mr. Kayobera, it is an opportunity to explain to the Prime Minister how the EAC court works, its jurisdiction and the rules that guide the court, also specifying that at the level of the EAC court, many cases are brought against states and governments.
