Capacity building for chiefs of staff of governors and permanent executive secretaries of communes in the provinces of Bururi, Makamba, Rumonge and Rutana

MAKAMBA September 27th (ABP) – The Ministry of Public Service, Labor and Employment (MFPTE) through the National School of Administration (ENA) brought together in Makamba this Tuesday, September 20, 2022 the heads office of governors and the permanent executive secretaries of the municipalities of the provinces of Bururi, Makamba, Rumonge and Rutana for a training and capacity building session in order to improve their services to the people.

The Director of Programmes, Continuing Education and Expertise at ENA who opened the session, Mr. Fulgence Nahayo, indicated that ENA trains State officials in administration, especially for new civil agents saying that they will develop themes such as the development and popularization of local governance indicators, optimization of the performance of the commune, ethics and local governance, administrative and financial procedures of the municipalities, local development planning, project development of community development as well as the management of the human resources of the communes.

In her welcoming speech, Governor Françoise Ngozirazana indicated that at the end of this training, these public service providers will acquire techniques and means to increase the performance of their daily administrative activities.
