The Minister in charge of the Civil Service indicated that during their discussions, Mr. Antonio Capone agreed to support the project to digitize the files of the Ministry of the Civil Service, Labor and Employment, the decentralization project processing to avoid unnecessary travel by civil servants, collaboration with the Grandes Ecoles in Burundi, in particular the ENA and the ISGE, the private sector which is a key interlocutor and the possibility of similar initiatives in the agricultural sectors. business.
Mr. Antonio said that his objective is to see how to optimize human and financial resources, how to support political will at the highest level, how to modernize the public service, make it more efficient and motivate more members of the public service.
He indicated that the European Union wishes to support the projects presented to it by the Ministry of Public Service, Labor and Employment.
