Mwaro April 14th (ABP) – The office of the governor in Mwaro province organized, on Tuesday April 12, a working meeting for communal administrators and heads of services, with on the agenda, the 2021 annual evaluation of achievements and 2022 prospects as well as the Governor’s Office action plan.
During that meeting, the heads of services made a brief presentation on the achievements made over the past year and on the prospects for 2022.
In turn, the governor’s chief of staff, Mr. Athanase Ciza, presented the annual action plan.
This includes ensuring the implementation of government programs, controlling and supervising the activities of the territorial administration and decentralized services, informing the people of the laws and regulations of the general government policy, exercising political, administrative and financial supervision on the communes that make up the Mwaro province, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Heads of services who responded to the meeting were asked to serve as role models in service punctuality to achieve successful results.
