KARUSI January 26th (ABP) – Following the irregularities that taint the social life of the community of Karusi, it is necessary to set up special joint security committees other than those which are in exercise, proposed Médard Nkezabahizi, provincial secretary of the CNDD-FDD party in Karusi, proposal made and supported by the governor Mrs. Calinie Mbarushimana who asked her cabinet to design their specifications during the ordinary security meeting held on Tuesday January 25, 2022.
There are cases of assassination simulated to suicide, cases of threatening to settle accounts with people unjustly accused of witchcraft, cases of rape, cases of robbery, cases of school drop-out of young girls and boys in quest for remunerative work, cases of unwanted pregnancies and voluntary abortions to name only these last cases and which can find solutions locally in favor of harmonious development according to Médard Nkezabahizi provincial secretary of the CNDD-FDD party.
Governor Mrs. Calinie Mbarushimana invites the heads of the various services, the defense and security forces to work in correlation in order to correct these irregularities. All the provincial services except justice collaborate properly with the administration and we want to effectively associate the latter to put everything in order, she said. Once social security is well assured, development becomes obvious, she believes. The creation of special joint security committees which will operate in committee will find lasting solutions.
The appeal was made for everyone to respond to community development works, be punctual and collaborative in order to achieve the province’s goals.
