BUBANZA November 19th (ABP) – In Bubanza commune (north-west Burundi), the week dedicated to the combatant was enhanced by the provincial secretary of the CNDD-FDD political party, Alexandre Ngoragoze, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.

In his speech, the provincial secretary of the CNDD-FDD, indicated that this week dedicated to the combatant is special for this party because, he explains, it is an opportunity to pay tribute to those who perished on the field of battle. He calls on the Bagumyabanga to never forget that all the good things that Burundians enjoy today are the result of what those who sacrificed themselves for their homeland, missing victims and those who are still alive, have done. He asks them to remain vigilant for the safeguard of peace and security, and to keep the solidarity which characterized them on the battlefield, we learn on the spot.

Remember that this week dedicated to the combatant was opened, on November 16, in Mpanda commune of Bubanza province, and that the festivities of this communal day dedicated to the combatant, were marked by the parade of demobilized soldiers and were closed by the sharing of the food used by combatants on the battlefield
