BUJUMBURA October 17th (ABP) – The Ministry of Justice is launching from October 20 to November 20 a campaign of observation and / or execution of judgments in the courts of residence throughout the country, according to a press release from that ministry read by the ministry spokesperson, Mrs. Cynthia Orly Irakoze.

That campaign is organized to respond to the grievances expressed by the people during the tours of the Minister of Justice. Indeed, the population has continued to decry the slowness in the observations on the ground and in the execution of the judgments handed down, she said.

Mrs. Irakoze reminds the litigants concerned that a period of 12 to 18 October has been set aside for them to check whether their files are among those already displayed in the courts of residence for this purpose. Those whose files will not be displayed should approach the president of the court of residence for scheduling.

The leaders of the courts of residence are called upon to listen to the grievances of the people at that crucial time and to respond positively to them.

Mrs. Irakoze further stressed that this campaign will continue in other courts and tribunals
