BUBANZA August 23rd (ABP) – The President of the Republic of Burundi, Evariste Ndayishimiye, called, on Thursday, the 19th, all concerned to synergistic and complementary work for the increase of agro-pastoral production and the fight against poverty.

It was during his visit to the agricultural techniques demonstration center supported by China, located in Kizina village in Gihanga commune, before a meeting was held with the officials of the ministry having agriculture and livestock in its attributions, and the governors of the provinces.

The spokesperson for the President of the Republic, Mrs. Evelyne Butoyi, told the press that the President of the Republic requested the good preparation of the growing season A, leading a synergistic and complementary work, each according to his specialties, for the increase in agro-pastoral production and the fight against poverty.
