MWARO, June 7th (ABP) – The First Vice-President of the Senate, Denise Ndadaye, has called on parents with children born out of wedlock to register them with the Civil Registry. That appeal was made on Saturday 1 June 2024, during community work to mark out the public interest road in the capital of Nyabihanga commune in Mwaro province.

Mrs. Denise Ndadaye took the opportunity to remind the people of Nyabihanga commune of the importance of roads. She urged them to invest in laying out other roads to facilitate access from one commune to another.

The First Vice-President of the Senate made a vibrant appeal to everyone to be aware of the pitiful condition of children born out of wedlock. She recommended that they be registered as soon as possible, and that their biological fathers declare themselves at the same time.

After the community work, she visited a nursery of 12,000 avocado seedlings set up by the Nyabihanga commune residents’ cooperative.
