The Kigoma district chief paid a visit to Nyanza-Lac commune

MAKAMBA October 23rd (ABP) – The head of Kigoma district in Tanzania, Mr. Salum Hamis Kalli, together with members of the joint security committee, paid a visit to Nyanza-Lac in Makamba province on October 18 and 19 within the framework of good neighborly relations, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.

The Tanzanian delegation led by Mr. Kalli visited the Patchouli Organic Oil perfume manufacturing factory. Afterwards, the delegation visited the Mugerama Vocational Training Center and the Notre Dame de la Miséricorde High School in Kigembezi.

In their meeting, they agreed to continue strengthening peace and security at the border. Both parties are delighted that economic exchanges as well as the exchange of criminals are in good shape. They asked economic operators to invest in different sectors to accelerate the development of the two communalities. After the visit, the administrator of Nyanza-Lac, Mrs. Marie Goreth Irankunda handed over a heifer to her counterpart in Kigoma.
