BUJUMBURA September 20th (ABP) – The President of the Republic of Burundi and current President of the East African Community Mr. Evariste Ndayishimiye along with his wife Mrs. Angéline Ndayishimiye, took the plane in the afternoon of Sunday on September 18, 2022, bound for New York, United States of America.
In a press release issued after the departure of the presidential couple by the office in charge of information, communication and the spokesperson of the President of the Republic, it was reported that the Head of State of Burundi went to take part in the work of the 77th General Assembly of the United Nations.
