GITEGA July 24th (ABP) – The Head of State, Mr. Evariste Ndayishimiye, received in audience, on Thursday July 22, 2021 in his House based in Gitega (center of the country), the president of the Central African States Development Bank (BDEAC), Mr. Fortunato OFA MBA NCHAMA.
At the end of the talk, the spokesperson for the President of the Republic of Burundi, Mrs. Evelyne Butoyi, revealed to the press that those personalities focused their discussions on the development of Burundi.
President Ndayishimiye told his host about the step already taken by Burundi in terms of development, she said. He also explained his vision to engage Burundi further on the path of development, citing in particular the sectors of agriculture, livestock and mining, Mrs. Butoyi added.
On his part, the president of BDEAC told the press that the Head of State’s points of view on the development of his country fit well with the interventions of that bank.
