BUJUMBURA July 19th (ABP) – The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Mrs. Samia Suluhu Hassan, as part of a two-day State visit to Burundi from July 16 to 17, paid a visit to the organo-mineral fertilizer manufacturing company (FOMI). She was accompanied by a Burundian delegation led by the Vice President of the Republic of Burundi, Mr. Prosper Bazombanza.
The factory managers showed her, from a documentary film, the various achievements of the latter. The President of the United Republic of Tanzania subsequently affixed her signature to the FOMI company honor book.
Note that FOMI is a factory manufacturing organo-mineral fertilizers and agricultural lime. It is located in the Maramvya zone (airport road, RN5), in Mutimbuzi commune of Bujumbura province.
