BUJUMBURA June 21st (ABP) – On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Burundi, Mr. Evariste Ndayishimiye, the CNDD-FDD party issued on Monday, June 19, 2023, a press release for congratulating him and express its satisfaction with his achievements during the three years at the headship of the country.
Through that press release signed by the Secretary General of the party Mr. Révérien Ndikuriyo, the said party congratulates the Head of State for being a model in the implementation of development projects in all sectors of national life.
The CNDD-FDD party also thanks him for his courage and his love for his homeland that he continues to share with Burundian citizens.
According to that press release, the ruling party is satisfied with the step already taken by Burundi in terms of respect for human rights and the keeping of peace and tightening of security through the quadrilogy, while explaining that peace and security are the main pillars of the country’s development and that this gives hope for a better future for Burundi.
The CNDD-FDD party also praises the step taken by Burundi in terms of cooperation with other countries, stating that the Head of State has taken the lead in revitalizing and strengthening good relations between Burundi and other countries.
Note that, through the same press release, the bravery and courage of the President of the Republic of Burundi are commended nationally and internationally. This is manifested through the confidence placed in President Ndayishimiye in the various regional and international communities.
For all these reasons, the CNDD-FDD party took the opportunity to invite all Burundian citizens to support the President of the Republic of Burundi by maintaining peace and tightening security in the country, embarking on development projects, protecting the environment, education of young people, participation in family planning, promotion of hygiene and healthy lifestyles for the proper management of the harvest and family property.
The ruling party also promises, through the said press release, to continue to promote the policy of complementarity and sharing of experiences to support the welfare of the people of Burundi. It wishes the Head of State every success in implementing the development projects he has promised to Burundians in order to achieve an emerging Burundi in 2040 and a developed one in 2060.
