In her speech, the Burundian ombudsman called on the inhabitants of Bubanza province to devote themselves to community development work, because, she said, public infrastructure built during this work plays a major role in the development of the country. She invited them to exploit the assets of their province, in particular fertility and others, to think about self-development projects and works, until this province becomes the breadbasket of Burundi. She also called on those people to family planning because, according to her, demographic pressure remains a blockage to development. She did not forget to call on him to safeguard peace and security, major pillars of development.

The Burundian ombudsman reminded the inhabitants of that province of the role of that institution, which is there to advocate for their well-being. She called on them not to hesitate to appeal to the institution of the ombudsman whenever they suffer injustice from various institutions.
